Shae Rupinsky

Board President

Shae has been both a student and practitioner of environmental policy for over ten years during which time she has conducted research and served as a fellow for the U.S. Department of Energy. This experience will soon culminate in her obtaining a PhD in Political Science with a specialization in environmental policy and politics. Her service to Alpine Artist Collective allows her to combine her love for the environment with that for the arts and community engagement.

Analía Weber

Analía Weber, a Puerto Rican native with an extensive background in dance, holds both BFA and MFA degrees in dance and choreography, transitioning her artistic passion into a significant role in community development. Currently serving as the Development Director for The Family Center/La Familia, she sits on the FRCA and Alpine Artists Collective boards, contributing to nonprofit advisory committees, while still engaging in her love for dance with Impact Dance Company. Her unique blend of Capricorn determination and Leo creativity fuels her dedication to philanthropy, ensuring her work in community development is both impactful and infused with her dance background.

Jared Silbernagel

Jared wears a lot of hats, both figuratively and literally. He is a musician, a machinist, and a mechanical engineer making metal by day and practicing metal at night.
